Ford Certified Automotive Service Technician Required

We are currently in search of proficient and experienced automotive service technicians to join our dynamic team. The positions available include:

- Ford Certified Master Technician

- Ford Certified Senior Master Technician

- Ford Transmission Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ford Certified Master, Senior Master Technician, or Transmission Specialist
  • A-Level Technician
  • Comprehensive vehicle diagnostics
  • Expertise in Ford's diagnostic protocols
  • Exceptional repair and diagnostic skills in line with manufacturer standards
  • Ability to repair and maintain various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems for gas, diesel, hybrid, and/or electric vehicles.
  • Capability to diagnose and resolve issues accurately on the first attempt.
  • Training, coaching, and mentoring of junior technicians.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Ford Certified Senior Master Technician designation.
  • Preferred: Current Ford certifications; however, candidates without must have less than 4 years since last working at a Ford dealership.
  • Exhibits a high level of positive energy.
  • Operates with integrity and honesty.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism.
  • Previous experience with diesel vehicles is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Capability to train and mentor less experienced technicians.
