** Position Summary**
The Automotive Service Attendant plays a crucial role in upholding the dealership's aesthetic appeal, facilitating vehicle logistics, and providing outstanding customer interactions.
** Key Responsibilities**
- Safely maneuver and park vehicles within the dealership grounds to ensure smooth traffic flow.
- Transport vehicles to and from the service lane, service areas, and parking facilities as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, driveways, and walkways.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients and directing them to the right personnel.
- Assist sales and service teams with various tasks, including replenishing vehicle fluids and performing minor vehicle maintenance.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and promptly report any incidents to a supervisor.
Qualifications:
Essential Skills and Experience
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
- Physical capability to operate and relocate vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail to uphold the dealership's professional image.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Authorization to work in the USA is required.
- Willingness to comply with pre-employment requirements, including drug testing and background checks.
** Preferred Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in a similar position or within the automotive sector is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics is beneficial.
Additional Information
** Compensation:**
- ** $21.00 per hour**
The position offers a competitive hourly wage of twenty-one dollars.
Work Schedule:
- FULL TIME
- 5 days a week with 2 days off
- Weekends required
- Service Drive Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
