Our portfolio comprises over 40 EPCs in 7 states, operating in a hybrid model that combines subcontracting with independent job production through a growing dealer sales network.

About The Job

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the standardization, assimilation, and continuous improvement of our construction operations model nationwide. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential solar construction operations, a proven track record of managing teams, and a strong understanding of technology.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Evaluate existing staff, systems, and processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Recruit, lead, mentor, manage, and grow the operations team to support national expansion
  • Onboard newly acquired EPCs and integrate them into our operations model
  • Scale systems and staff to support 30,000+ installs per month
  • Work from a home office anywhere in the USA, with occasional travel up to 20%

Experience And Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in residential solar construction operations
  • 3+ years of experience as a manager of managers in residential solar sales
  • Proven track record of leading a construction operations organization of at least 30 employees
  • Extensive experience managing outsourced partners both onshore and offshore
  • Experience owning overall construction operations efforts for at least one state, ideally a multi-state or national territory
