About the RoleThe Senior Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the optimization and utilization of sales enablement tools within Employee Benefits Solutions (EBS). This individual will work closely with Sales Enablement and Enterprise Technology teams to resolve issues, manage projects, and enhance CRM data and field health for EBS.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for development, modification, distribution, and storage of sales enablement reports.
- Perform data quality audits to ensure accuracy of field usage and output.
