Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, overseeing branch operations, and promoting a sales and service culture that aligns with our company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and develop branch staff through effective selling techniques, marketing strategies, and lead generation.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives for branches, working closely with our marketing and compliance teams to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor sales goals and activities, analyzing trends and communicating best practices to branch managers and sales teams.
  • Maintain a high level of internal and external appearance for customers, adhering to our company's brand standards.
  • Act as a resource for branch managers, sales teams, and loan officers, providing expertise on company products, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Five+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the mortgage industry.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and team performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
