This role offers a chance to be part of a successful team in a results-oriented environment, providing significant earning potential for motivated sales professionals. The compensation structure includes a base salary along with commission opportunities.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Identify, develop, propose, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to potential clients through various channels including telemarketing and networking.
  • Manage the renewal process for existing clients annually.
  • Assist in gathering necessary coverage details and processing deposit and renewal payments.
  • Maintain accurate records for both current and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with assigned account managers to oversee all aspects of new client relationships.
  • Support and implement cross-selling initiatives for both existing and new clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with colleagues across all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance professional skills.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in all dealings.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of relevant education and experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Lines sales is essential.
  • Possession of a Property & Casualty License is required.
  • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Outgoing personality with strong networking capabilities.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
