Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM. Flexibility is required as job assignments may vary.

Compensation: Competitive wages with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret blueprints and specifications to assess work scope, material quantities, and dimensions.
  • Determine necessary tools for each task.
  • Recognize safety hazards and implement necessary precautions.
  • Assemble and install electrical systems and components.
  • Connect wires and cables to various electrical devices, including breakers and control panels.
  • Conduct tests on electrical components to ensure proper functionality and compliance with specifications.
  • Inspect electrical systems and components for safety and operational efficiency.
  • Establish and manage temporary power systems.
  • Install and maintain grounding systems for all equipment.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of basic electrical principles.
  • Utilize specialized tools, including ohm meters and multi-meters.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and malfunctions.
  • Identify various types and gauges of wires and cables.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and instructions.
  • Demonstrate reliability and accountability in administrative tasks.
  • Exhibit knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Understand and apply Residential and Electrical Building Codes.
  • Communicate effectively and maintain professional relationships.
  • Provide training and mentorship to fellow team members.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in electrical work.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening.
  • Ability to pass a background check.

Physical Demands:

  • Capable of sitting, standing, walking, and performing various physical activities.
  • Must be able to lift or move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions while using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
