We are seeking compassionate individuals to support individuals with developmental disabilities at Customized Support Services Inc., a Supported Living Services agency located in the West Los Angeles area. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support and companionship, implementing care plans tailored to each individual's needs, ensuring their safety and well-being, and fostering independence and community integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals.
  • Implement care plans and support goals tailored to each individual's needs.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals under your care.
  • Foster independence and community integration for individuals with disabilities.
Requirements
  • Experience or willingness to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or dementia.
  • Knowledge of activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care tasks.
  • Ability to lift and transfer individuals safely when needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
