Job Description

We are seeking a Preschool Caregiver Coordinator to join our team at Children's Institute Inc. This role is responsible for coordinating the care, development, education, and supervision of preschool children, ensuring their social, educational, emotional, and behavioral growth and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates the implementation of care and educational activities for preschool children.
  • Develops and maintains a nurturing environment that addresses the developmental characteristics and needs of each child.
  • Ensures proper care and supervision for each child at all times.


Requirements:
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (18 semester units or more).
  • Relevant experience in direct care of children between birth and 5 years old.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.


Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
