We are seeking a skilled Long-term Care Workforce Coordinator to join our team in Southern California. This role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including labor, vendors, and training providers, to identify and assess potential training opportunities and programs. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, critical thinking, and coordination skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $58,000 - $62,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% employer-paid medical, dental & vision for team members and eligible dependents, defined benefit pension plan with vesting at 3 years, and 401K plan.

About the Role
- Develop and implement training programs to drive performance and outcomes
- Collaborate with CCA/Education Fund Directors to identify vendor partners and support contract processes
- Participate in execution of communication strategies to recruit and promote CCA/Education Fund programs and services
- Provide career coaching, education, and case management to a diverse caseload of students
