Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Caregiver to join our team As a Caregiver at AccentCare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families. Your primary responsibility will be to provide non-medical support and personal care assistance to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide non-medical support and personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assist clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to our clinical team.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans for each client.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
