Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Assistant to join our team at Blew & Associates, P.A. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong understanding of office management systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our managers and employees
  • Manage the front desk, including greeting clients, answering phone calls, and relaying messages
  • Keep the lobby area, front desk, conference rooms, and breakrooms organized and clean
  • Manage office inventory and run errands as needed
  • Provide general support to visitors and clients
  • Assist with scheduling and provide analytical support
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
