About the Role

At Persona, we're revolutionizing the way businesses interact with their customers. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you'll be responsible for driving growth and retention across our portfolio of Enterprise customers. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our platform and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute tailored customer success plans to drive growth and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership across our customer base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs and feedback
  • Drive customer advocacy efforts through strategic partnerships and case studies
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform and services to effectively communicate value to customers
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving growth and retention in a complex B2B environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer
