About the Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our team at Contech Engineered Solutions. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of engineering projects and managing production processes for our REDEDUCT Precast Duct Bank line.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Production Excellence**: Collaborate with our manufacturing team to optimize production processes and ensure high-quality products.
  • **Technical Mastery**: Work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical support for REDEDUCT product applications and designs.
  • **Quality Champion**: Develop and maintain rigorous inspection, testing, and quality processes to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
  • **Customer Connection**: Foster strong relationships with our commercial REDEDUCT team and internal/external precast partners to ensure seamless project execution.
  • **Collaboration**: Work with project engineers and managers to ensure smooth transitions during project execution and provide technical assistance to fellow team members.
  • **Logistical Coordination**: Strategize and execute plans to mobilize equipment effectively for production needs and collaborate with plant management and logistics teams to prioritize shipping needs efficiently.
  • **Continuous Growth**: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in project engineering and maintain relevant certifications and knowledge.
Requirements
  • **Bachelor's Degree in Engineering**: Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • **Strong Analytical Skills**: Technical prowess and ability to analyze complex problems.
  • **Excellent Communication Skills**: Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written.
  • **Organizational Excellence**: Ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly.
  • **Proficiency in Microsoft Office**: CAD experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks preferred).
  • **Willingness to Travel**: Up to 10% as needed.
  • **Experience in Electrical, Project Management, or Civil Construction**: Preferred.
