Product Development Solutions Architect

At EAC Product Development Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Solutions Architect to join our team. As a Product Development Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and deploying business solutions that support customer needs and achieve customer goals.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in PLM solutions, including hardware, software, networking, and data management. They will also have experience in user interface (UX/UI) design and implementation, as well as experience with PTC products (Thing Worx, Windchill, and CREO).

The Product Development Solutions Architect will work closely with business and technology teams to ensure alignment and success for customers. They will provide technical leadership and guidance to customers as a subject matter expert and provide internal leadership to project and cross-functional teams within EAC.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor or Master's degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering. They will also have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with 10 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Design and deploy business solutions that support customer needs and achieve customer goals
  
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to customers as a subject matter expert
  
• Work closely with business and technology teams to ensure alignment and success for customers
  
• Provide internal leadership to project and cross-functional teams within EAC
  
• Manage data mapping and migrations to ensure seamless data transfer between systems
  
• Document data mapping, transformation rules, migration strategy, and other relevant information
  
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on how to work with migrated data in the new system
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Bachelor or Master's degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering
  
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with 10 years of experience preferred
  
• Expertise in PLM solutions, including hardware, software, networking, and data management
  
• Experience in user interface (UX/UI) design and implementation
  
• Experience with PTC products (Thing Worx, Windchill, and CREO)
  
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  
• Ability to work with time-sensitive deadlines, multi-task, and meet project and corporate goals while working in stressful situations
  
• Ability to perform consistently with high collaboration and output
  

Work Environment:

The Product Development Solutions Architect will work in a remote environment or in-office, exposed to moderate noise levels. They will have the ability to travel to sites throughout North America as needed.
