Sales Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to develop and manage a robust partner network within the designated territory.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of nurturing strong relationships with both partners and customers, as well as achieving sales and revenue growth targets through indirect and direct channels-to-market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
- Achieve or exceed predetermined sales and revenue growth targets
- Foster and sustain strong relationships with current partners
- Collaborate with regional partners/distributors in developing and setting annual sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in technical area such as Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
- 5 years of sales experience in either regional OEM sales or in a Key Market Segment
- Strong understanding of the automation industry with firm grasp of mechanical concepts
- Excellent customer service, communication, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
