About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned sales and leasing professional with exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and leasing within the apartment industry, with a strong understanding of local market trends, rental rates, and competitor analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute innovative leasing and marketing strategies to exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Leasing Consultants, providing tailored training, ongoing support, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with regional managers, property teams, and maintenance staff to ensure a seamless resident journey.

The successful candidate will also have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, an analytical mindset, and a customer-focused approach. Salary: $60,000 - $95,000 annually.
