Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a territory-specific strategic business plan to drive results that exceed targets.
  • Build relationships with senior-level decision makers within the assigned region.
  • Develop and maintain a prospect pipeline, meeting with prospects/consultants to build strategic relationships and execute on new business growth.
  • Sell the value of CVS Health/Aetna, utilizing analytical tools, resources, demos to differentiate CVS Health/Aetna in the market.
  • Create client-specific strategies and lead finalist preparation and presentations to prospective clientele.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of PBM sales or account management experience, or 5 years of New Business Development experience in the Healthcare Industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in new business development in the PBM industry.
