Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lease Sales Representative to join our team at Penske Truck Leasing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referral activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their transportation requirements.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of executive-level sales experience in a service and transportation selling environment.
  • Demonstrated ability in consultative and strategic selling techniques, including experience in articulating and presenting multiple products and services to C-level executives.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and ability to prioritize multiple projects and work streams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales CRM software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field preferred.
