Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Travelers Insurance. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing a group of agency assignments, optimizing growth potential, and exceeding year-over-year growth and profit objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a group of agency assignments to optimize growth potential
  • Exceed year-over-year growth and profit objectives
  • Utilize Travelers sales tools within a consultative sales framework
  • Develop competitor intelligence
  • Collaborate with team members on product, pricing, and agency management decisions
Requirements
  • Five years of sales experience or insurance industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of Agency Diagnostics
  • Advanced ability to Influence the Sale
  • Intermediate ability to Advise Agents
  • Intermediate ability to deliver results
  • Advanced Relationship Management skills
  • Advanced Communication skills
