We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Travelers Insurance. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing a group of agency assignments, optimizing growth potential, and exceeding year-over-year growth and profit objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop a group of agency assignments to optimize growth potential
- Exceed year-over-year growth and profit objectives
- Utilize Travelers sales tools within a consultative sales framework
- Develop competitor intelligence
- Collaborate with team members on product, pricing, and agency management decisions
- Five years of sales experience or insurance industry experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Agency Diagnostics
- Advanced ability to Influence the Sale
- Intermediate ability to Advise Agents
- Intermediate ability to deliver results
- Advanced Relationship Management skills
- Advanced Communication skills
