About the Role

TikTok is a leading destination for short-form mobile video, and we're seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy and execution of TikTok Promote. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product awareness, market penetration, and identify opportunities for sustainable long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing plans that support strategic product objectives, drive engagement and adoption, and deliver on revenue and user penetration on TikTok.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, product operations, marketing, sales, and vertical PMMs to launch new marketing capabilities and product strategies.
  3. Utilize market research, competitive insights, and customer feedback to drive product innovation and differentiation.
  4. Develop effective messaging and positioning that clearly communicates the product's value proposition.
  5. Develop and execute product launches, marketing campaigns, sales-enablement tools, and other go-to-market programs that drive demand and revenue.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in product marketing, advertising, or related fields.
  2. Successful marketing strategy skills and experience in driving product adoption and user penetration.
  3. Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with product, sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
  4. Possess data analytical skills and demonstrate the ability to identify opportunities and develop segmented operational strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $232,644 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents, and a Health Savings Account (HSA) with a company match. We also offer dental, vision, short/long-term disability, basic life, voluntary life, and AD&D insurance plans, as well as 10 paid holidays per year, 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO), and 10 paid sick days per year.
