RANAVAT Senior Manager of Retail Marketing Job Description

RANAVAT, a leading Ayurvedic beauty brand, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Retail Marketing to support our global retail partners. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing retail marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, sales, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement retail marketing strategies that align with the global brand strategy and ensure local relevancy and cohesiveness with brand DNA.
  • Act as the key marketing contact for all global retail requests and lead monthly retailer marketing calls.
  • Partner with directors of Marketing and Digital to build paid media strategies with our retail partners.
  • Own marketing collateral for retail paid media campaigns and spearhead the creation and presentation of retailer Market Week decks.
  • Lead the pitching process for marketing exposure across all channels and lead planning and strategy of wholesale mega-events.
  • Lead retail launch strategy for new markets, including onboarding, planning, and execution of new account launches.
  • Partner with sales and VM on fixture briefs and lead strategy for product review seedings of core and newness.
  • Partner with Product Marketing on quarterly business recaps and own wholesale strategy for all new product launches.
  • Lead retailer PR seeding and events and partner with PR to track and share wholesale press exposure with retailers.
  • Partner with influencer on retail specific UGC asks and partner with education to secure retailer training and masterclass opportunities.
  • Liaise with field and lead bi-weekly TBs to ensure ongoing flow of communication between field and corporate.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of retail marketing experience executing marketing campaigns with national beauty retailers for a personal care products brand.
  • Strong understanding of the beauty industry and dynamic storytelling and communication skills.
  • Effective people management skills to lead, develop, and mentor direct report(s) and ability to travel occasionally for retailer/company meetings.
