Key Responsibilities- Lead Publisher Systems Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features, ensuring the successful launch of new products and features.
- Drive Technical Product Management: Develop a deep understanding of our various systems and how they interact, identifying areas for improvement and optimization, and making data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
- Manage Product Lifecycle: Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including creating detailed product roadmaps and timelines, and ensuring that all product solutions comply with industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions and improve user experience, and conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the performance marketing and affiliate networks space.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on product status and key metrics, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Technical Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred, and a strong technical background with experience in system integration and complex product ecosystems.
- Experience in Performance Marketing: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical product management, preferably within the performance marketing or affiliate network industry, and a proven track record of managing and delivering successful products from concept to launch.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making, and experience with agile methodologies and tools.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and a demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- B2B2C Experience: Experience building products for businesses and end users, and a background in software development and program management is preferred.
- Affiliate Marketing Familiarity: Understanding of core affiliate marketing concepts including CPC vs CPA models, and experience working with publisher systems or similar platforms.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $150,000 - $175,000, and a comprehensive benefits program, including health care plans, retirement plan, life insurance, paid leave benefits, and more.
