We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our NBCUniversal Group Procurement organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing activities related to post-production and marketing, working closely with film, home entertainment, and television stakeholders to drive global sourcing objectives and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sourcing category strategies to create commercial value for NBCU in its transactions with suppliers.
- Lead complex and large-scale RFPs and RFIs, evaluating supplier fit based on pre-determined selection criteria and negotiating complex deal terms for contracts.
- Collaborate with NBCU business stakeholders to validate sourcing strategies and prioritize initiatives that create value for the Company.
- Manage cross-functional projects in a matrix organization, anticipating problems and solutions in supplier negotiations and deals.
- 7+ years of professional experience in strategic sourcing/procurement, supply chain, management consulting, or other experience in metric-driven negotiations.
- Proven record of accomplishment in complex negotiations and establishing strong Service Level Agreements with suppliers.
- Media/Entertainment, Television or Film experience, or experience in one or more categories including sourcing, post-production, VFX, localization, or digital distribution supply chain.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 (bonus eligible).

This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. As part of our selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview with an NBCUniversal employee at one of our locations prior to a hiring decision.
