Position Overview

Aethos Corp is seeking a skilled Aesthetic Practitioner who excels in client treatment and managing the clinical patient journey. The ideal candidate possesses a deep passion for beauty and skincare. Experience with advanced technologies such as CoolSculpting, Morpheus8, and various laser systems is advantageous but not mandatory. We value individuals who can channel their genuine enthusiasm for health, beauty, and wellness into creating a reassuring and confident environment for clients. A suitable candidate will have formal training and experience in the field, along with exceptional customer service, sales, and marketing abilities, as well as the expertise to educate clients on skincare and product choices. Availability for evening shifts (5-8pm) and weekends (twice a month) is required, alongside consistent work on Mondays and Fridays. A typical schedule may involve late shifts 1-2 times weekly, all Mondays and Fridays, and additional weekdays totaling approximately four days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service while adhering to established protocols.
  • Perform CoolSculpting, Morpheus8, HydraFacial, and other high-performance beauty treatments.
  • Administer cosmetic laser therapies in a clinical setting (Moxi, BBL, Clear and Brilliant, Cutera Excelv+).
  • Collaborate with our Expert Clinical Provider team to create tailored treatment plans for clients.
  • Educate clients on products that complement their treatments.
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of patients, facilitating a smooth patient care process.
  • Assist in scheduling patient treatments.
  • Maintain treatment supplies and equipment, including sterilization procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings, promotional events, and educational seminars.
  • Uphold client safety at all times during treatment procedures.
  • Exhibit a professional appearance that reflects industry standards.
  • Accurately document clinical notes and client records.
  • Recommend various spa treatments and skincare regimens based on client consultations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of aesthetic experience preferred.
  • Experience in a Medical Spa, Physician Office, Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery setting is essential.
  • Familiarity with retail skincare product sales is a plus.
  • Experience with EMR software is advantageous.
  • Current state licensure is required.
  • Demonstrated sales proficiency.
  • A genuine passion for the industry and working with clients.
  • Must be a proactive self-starter and a collaborative team member.
  • Knowledgeable about various Medical Spa services and skincare products.
  • Commitment to ongoing education and staying updated on product lines and services.
