About the Role:

Our esteemed client, a leading practice in cosmetic dermatology, is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner - Aesthetic Injector. This role emphasizes patient education and aims for natural-looking outcomes, ensuring a superior consumer experience through advanced technology.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service while adhering to established protocols.
  • Prioritize patient safety and comfort, ensuring a seamless flow of care.
  • Conduct thorough skin assessments and evaluations for clients.
  • Formulate tailored treatment plans and provide ongoing follow-up.
  • Educate clients on products that complement their procedures.
  • Independently perform advanced injectable treatments for facial wrinkles and dermal fillers, including renowned products such as Restylane, Juvederm, Voluma, and Botox.
  • Administer advanced cosmetic laser therapies in a clinical setting.
  • Assist in scheduling patient treatments efficiently.
  • Maintain treatment supplies and ensure equipment sterilization.
  • Participate in team meetings, promotional events, and educational seminars.
  • Ensure accurate clinical documentation and charting for each client.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Possess an active Nurse Practitioner license in the relevant state.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience administering injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
  • Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in Med Spa, Physician Office, Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery environments.
  • Exhibit strong leadership capabilities, exceptional customer service skills, and a solid understanding of sales and marketing in the aesthetic field.
  • Experience with EMR software and a history of accurate medical charting is essential.
  • Show a passion for the aesthetic industry and a client-first approach.
  • Be a proactive self-starter and a collaborative team player.
  • Maintain current knowledge of various aesthetic procedures and luxury skincare products.
  • Commit to ongoing education and staying updated on product lines and services.
