Position Overview:
Mclean Aesthetics is seeking a talented Aesthetic Injector with a valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license and a solid background in aesthetic injectables. The ideal candidate will possess formal training, relevant experience, and a genuine enthusiasm for the aesthetics industry. Exceptional customer service and sales capabilities are essential, along with the ability to educate and guide clients on various procedures and treatments to achieve their aesthetic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exemplary service to all clients
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
- Formulate individualized plans to meet patient goals
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and efficient flow of patient care
- Maintain accurate inventory records of supplies and equipment
- Create tailored treatment plans based on patient consultations
- Exhibit a professional appearance that aligns with industry standards
- Administer injectable treatments, including Neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport) and dermal fillers (Juvéderm and Restylane), in a clinical setting
- Document clinical notes and charting accurately for each client
- Advise clients on spa treatments and skincare regimens based on their needs
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in aesthetics is required
- Current and in good standing state license with the Department of Health
- Demonstrated sales experience with a knack for upselling services
- Self-motivated and eager to advance in the field
- Commitment to ongoing education and staying updated on industry trends and product lines
- Ability to reliably commute or relocate as necessary
Work Environment:
This position requires in-person attendance.
Schedule:
Available as Full-Time or Part-Time.
