Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled Massage Practitioner to join our team.

In this position, you will utilize massage therapy techniques to deliver non-invasive symptom relief and employ manual methods to alleviate musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction, while also addressing stress, tension, and anxiety before and after procedures or treatments.

Your responsibilities will include treating pediatric patients at the Main Hospital, as well as both adult and pediatric patients at our Outpatient Integrative Medicine Center.



Essential Qualifications:

  • A diploma from an accredited institution in massage therapy
  • A valid New York State license in massage therapy and certification as a massage therapist
  • Experience with scar tissue, myofascial release, structural integration, and manual lymphatic drainage techniques is preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in oncology massage therapy, ideally with breast cancer patients
  • Certification in oncology massage
  • Certification in manual lymphatic drainage is preferred
  • Training in at least two massage modalities (including neuromuscular, myofascial release, manual lymph drainage, shiatsu, etc.)

Shifts Required:
Day, evening, and weekend shifts are necessary.

Compensation Range:
$30.77-$47.75
