Position Overview:

Mclean Aesthetics is seeking a talented Aesthetic Injector with a valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, possessing hands-on experience in aesthetic injectables. The ideal candidate will have formal training, a solid background in aesthetics, and a genuine enthusiasm for enhancing client satisfaction. Exceptional customer service and sales capabilities are essential, along with the expertise to inform and guide clients on procedures and treatments to achieve their aesthetic aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to all clients
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
  • Formulate personalized plans to meet patient objectives
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and seamless care throughout their experience
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of supplies and equipment necessary for treatments
  • Create tailored treatment strategies based on patient consultations
  • Exhibit a professional appearance that aligns with industry standards
  • Administer injectable treatments, including Neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport) and dermal fillers (Juvéderm and Restylane families, among others), in a clinical environment
  • Document clinical notes and charting accurately for each client
  • Advise clients on various spa treatments and skincare regimens based on their needs

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in aesthetics is required
  • Current and valid state license with the Department of Health in good standing
  • Demonstrated sales experience with the ability to promote additional services
  • Self-motivated and driven to advance in the field
  • Commitment to ongoing education and staying updated on product lines, industry trends, and services
  • Ability to reliably commute or relocate as necessary

Work Environment:

This position requires in-person attendance.

Schedule:

Full-Time or Part-Time options available. Typical schedule is Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed.
