Job Overview

Position Summary:

In the role of Channel Management for our DeskTopSEM Electron Microscopy sector in Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EEMEA), you will be tasked with spearheading all sales initiatives within the Materials and Structural Analysis Division. Your main goal is to fulfill current booking objectives through indirect sales avenues while delivering strategic guidance and operational leadership to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets and ensure sustainable growth. Collaboration within a matrix structure is crucial as you partner closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesive alignment across Thermo Fisher Scientific divisions to enhance our value proposition in the region. Key Responsibilities:

Distributor Sales:

  • Foster and enhance relationships with channel partners to optimize market access.
  • Identify and onboard suitable channel partners, continually refining existing channels.
  • Supervise distributor operations to drive optimal marketing and sales results for DTS EM products.
  • Design and execute distributor marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Establish a performance scorecard system to promote continuous improvement across channels.
Candidate Profile:

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Extensive commercial experience in the EEMEA region.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Electron Microscopy Management.
  • A proven history of effective leadership in matrix environments, motivating and guiding teams.
  • Strong coaching and development capabilities.
  • A deep commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in commercial sales, Channel Management, and marketing tools.
  • Advanced PC skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to generate and analyze performance data to derive insights.

  • Significant experience in the Electron Microscopy sector.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Resilience and determination to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
