Counter Sales Professional

Baker Distributing Company is seeking a highly motivated Counter Sales Associate to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic wholesale environment.
Key Responsibilities- Maximize sales revenue by interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage showroom merchandising and restock products to meet customer demands.
- Resolve customer relations issues with dealers and end-users, providing timely solutions.
- Process sales orders, upselling associated items to increase revenue.
- Service walk-in and phone customers, sourcing and shipping parts, controlling inventory, and administering warranties.
- High School Diploma or GED required; strong technical support background and intermediate MS Office capabilities preferred.
- Minimum 1+ year experience in a Counter Sales role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Knowledge of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment at a wholesale distribution level.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service focus essential.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
