Medical Device Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Medical Device Sales Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and contribute to our success.
You will be responsible for selling our medical devices and equipment to current and potential clients. Your primary goal will be to increase awareness and education of our products among top physicians in the sleep, cardiac, and respiratory market.
To succeed in this role, you must have 2+ years of medical, clinical, or pharmaceutical sales experience, with a strong background in durable medical equipment, respiratory/sleep sales, or a related field. You should also possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a high-energy sales personality.
Responsibilities- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made.
- Prepare status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Proven sales success, medical or pharmaceutical sales experience required.
- A respiratory therapist degree/licenses is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with Durable Medical equipment, respiratory/sleep background a huge plus, but not required.
- Must be 21 years or older to be covered on company auto insurance and have a valid driver's license.
Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include competitive pay rates, commission structure, vehicle allowance, medical, dental, vision, long-term & short-term disability, generous paid time off plan, and 401K w/match.
