Sales Order Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Order Coordinator to join our team at Cross Technologies Inc. This role is responsible for coordinating sales orders from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate processing, and providing exceptional customer service.
About You
As a Sales Order Coordinator, you will have a strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience with Microsoft Office and Excel. You will also have a mechanical aptitude and above-average math and problem-solving skills. If you are a team player who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate sales orders from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate processing
* Collaborate with the counter sales team to understand customer requirements and order specifications
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries related to order status, product availability, and delivery times
* Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving order processing efficiency and accuracy
* Stay updated on product knowledge and system enhancements to improve order processing capabilities
* Perform various miscellaneous tasks and projects as directed by management
