High-Growth Software Sales Representative
About the Company:
E&M Electric and Machinery, a leading global organization in Industrial Automation Software, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our expanding sales team in California.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional with a strong background in software sales to drive growth and revenue. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, leveraging existing relationships, and being the face of our organization at roadshows and workshops.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and close new business opportunities by understanding customer challenges and providing solutions that meet their needs.
- Leverage existing relationships to bring in new solutions and expand our customer base.
- Represent E&M Electric and Machinery at industry events, roadshows, and workshops, showcasing our expertise and products.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A proven track record in software sales, with a strong understanding of software engineering tools and assets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably related to software or industrial automation.
