Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Lexima. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and leading a team of front desk staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a positive experience for all guests
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and guest requests
  • Lead and motivate a team of front desk staff to achieve high levels of performance and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of front desk supervisor experience
  • Experience handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with an emphasis in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or related fields
  • Knowledge of computer software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and hotel management systems
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
