Key Responsibilities- Manage patient accounts, including scheduling appointments, registration updates, and daily schedule reconciliation
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting members in a warm and friendly manner
- Conduct temperature checks and COVID screening questions
- Enter membership leads and patient demographics into Salesforce
- Schedule follow-up appointments for medical evaluations, vaccinations, and house calls as needed
- Address member questions or concerns in a timely manner and escalate as needed
- Answer the Sollis medical hotline and direct patients to the appropriate team members
- Maintain a clean and organized office space, meeting Sollis brand standards
- Distribute mail and facilitate mailing items to members
- Associates degree or greater required
- 1-2 years of previous hospitality and/or medical office experience preferred
- Excellent administrative background, especially in managing customers on the phone
- Ability to efficiently execute established office routines and policies
