Position Summary: We are looking for a skilled IT Support Analyst to provide comprehensive technical assistance to our internal users. This role is essential in ensuring that our employees' technological needs are met efficiently, particularly in relation to field and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the organization's commitment to technological advancement by providing users with access to innovative projects and solutions.
  • Stay informed about the latest technological trends and best practices in field and mobile device management.
  • Assist in the procurement of technology by researching and recommending appropriate hardware and software solutions.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals, including mobile device management solutions.
  • Provide technical support to users through various channels, addressing hardware, software, network, and IT-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems, including troubleshooting issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and field equipment.
  • Collaborate with fellow IT professionals to enhance systems and processes related to field and mobile device support.
  • Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides, focusing on field and mobile device support.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience and certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in an IT support role, particularly with field and mobile devices.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
  • Experience with mobile device management solutions and remote support tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various devices effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician, Mobile Device Management) are advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based setting with varying temperatures.
