Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
Job Description:The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Office Manager and other team members.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling new and follow-up appointments.
- Handle patient calls in a timely manner.
- Promote a positive work environment and high staff morale.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a medical office setting.
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures, including health insurance.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Proficiency in computer programs and applications.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
