Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Office Manager and other team members.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with scheduling new and follow-up appointments.
  2. Handle patient calls in a timely manner.
  3. Promote a positive work environment and high staff morale.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures, including health insurance.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Proficiency in computer programs and applications.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
