Job Title: Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Pyramid Brokerage Company.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing daily administrative support to a minimum of 10-15 real estate agents and other professionals.

Your primary responsibilities will include vendor maintenance, supply ordering, office equipment management, and assisting with marketing projects. You will also be required to perform tasks such as word processing, excel spreadsheet creation, and data analysis. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, tracking listings, and reporting on sales performance.

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work, meeting deadlines, and exceeding expectations. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. A strong desire to learn, a committed work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team, working closely with Senior Management, the Director of Marketing Support, and other Administrative Personnel.
