About the Job
Morningside Elite Management seeks a skilled Office Manager to oversee administrative functions and support corporate team members. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
* Maintain a professional demeanor and serve as receptionist and greeter
* Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate personnel
* Anticipate needs and take ownership of planning and operations
* Provide administrative support to ensure company goals are accomplished and operations run efficiently
* Manage mail and packages, maintain office systems, and perform day-to-day operations
* Assist with accounts payable and other accounting tasks

Requirements:
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
* Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
* Accounts Payable experience preferred
