Reception and Administrative Assistant

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling phone calls and emails, and maintaining accurate records. They will also assist with event planning and coordinate logistics. Our ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Assist with event planning, including coordinating logistics and preparing materials
- Make travel arrangements for staff members
- Oversee mail delivery and package receipt
- Purchase and manage office supplies
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation: $48,000 - $58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
