We are in search of a seasoned Housing Portfolio Operations Manager. Experience Required:
We require three (3) to five (5) years of full-time experience in multi-family portfolio management, specifically in HUD, Lift, PBV, PSH, and LIHTC. A subject matter expert (SME) understanding of Landlord/Tenant law in Oregon and Washington, including Fair Housing regulations, is essential, along with advanced knowledge of state and federal labor laws and safety protocols.
Skills:
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are necessary to deliver superior financial and accounting reports and analytics. A willingness to learn new software and technology is important; experience with Yardi is advantageous. Reliable transportation is required for travel between properties, along with a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and auto insurance.
