About the Role

C&R Management Group LLC is seeking an experienced Affordable Housing Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in overseeing a diverse portfolio of properties, including HUD, Lift, PBV, PSH, and LIHTC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring continued profitability and resident satisfaction.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Drive occupancy targets and meet client expectations.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams, embodying our core values of honesty, integrity, and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of full-time multi-family portfolio management experience in HUD, Lift, PBV, PSH, and LIHTC.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and confidence to establish strong professional relationships.
  • Highly developed communication skills and ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
  • Subject matter expert knowledge of Landlord/Tenant law in Oregon and Washington, including Fair Housing laws and state and federal labor laws and safety protocols.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to provide high-quality financial and accounting reports and analytics.
  • Enthusiasm to learn new software and technology, with Yardi experience a plus.
  • Reliable transportation and a current driver's license, with a clean driving record and auto insurance.
