Sales and Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales productivity and customer satisfaction within retail locations on various wireless products, accessories, and services.
  • Engage in side-by-side selling with retail associates to increase sales and revenue.
  • Participate in in-store promotions and coordinate with personnel to achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain sound knowledge of multiple carriers' wireless products and services.

Training and Development

  • Maintain accurate knowledge of new product and service offerings from client retailers.
  • Attend requested training sessions and conference calls to stay up-to-date on industry developments.

Relationship Development

  • Establish and manage critical relationships within the program.
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships with retail store management and employees.

Additional Job Requirements

  • The ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Must be able to move around the store and assist customers.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, we provide medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k)/Roth, and other benefits. Elapsed time off/leave policy included. More information about compensation available after initial meeting.
