Administrative Assistant Opportunity at Endicott College

We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to the Communications and Marketing team at Endicott College. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of the department by handling various administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and maintaining effective communication with staff and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Streamlined Administrative Processes: Organize and maintain departmental files, records, and documents for easy accessibility. Assist with data entry, report generation, and document preparation. Handle purchase order requests and invoicing in the Workday system as the primary Cost Center Manager. Serve as the department Procurement cardholder, managing transactions and documentation efficiently.
  • Effective Communication and Support: Provide general administrative support, managing phone calls, emails, and office correspondence. Maintain office supplies inventory and order items as necessary, ensuring a well-organized and welcoming office environment. Assist in maintaining and updating departmental records, databases, and spreadsheets. Generate routine reports and summaries as required to support effective communication within the team.
  • Efficient Schedule Management: Manage and support meeting schedules for the Associate Vice President of Marketing and members of the CCM Leadership Team. Coordinate departmental events and assist with logistics, contributing to effective time management for the team.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred), proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are also essential.
