Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Care: Coordinate patient care activities, including verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and registering patients.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Collect and analyze data to generate quality assurance reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of related experience, preferably in a clinical setting or as a Patient Services Coordinator I.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
