Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned marketing director to spearhead commercial growth initiatives across the Americas. This role involves developing go-to-market strategies, managing field teams, and executing campaigns that drive demand and revenue.

About the Role
  • Pursue measurable commercial outcomes by strategically applying marketing mix elements.
  • Partner with sales leadership to design comprehensive go-to-market strategies for expanding Qualtrics business in the Americas.
  • Develop and lead field marketing teams to execute innovative experiences, programs, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with global scaled demand teams to launch personalized experiences for key accounts.
  • Utilize data and best practices to design effective ABM campaigns and programs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of developing and implementing Americas marketing strategy, plans, and budget.
  • Nurture a team of field and ABM marketers focused on driving exponential growth in the regions.
  • Develop and execute ABM and executive programs to engage target Enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and account teams to map stakeholder journeys and develop communication strategies.


Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 12-15 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, specifically in the field, events, and/or Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • A proven track record of delivering measurable commercial results.
  • The ability to travel across the Americas is required for this position.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for promotional emails, invitations, and other event-related materials.
  • Knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, WordPress, Coda, Qualtrics, and event management software.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $265,000—$442,000 USD per year.
  • Sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer.
