Administrative Assistant Role

The Administrative Assistant, under general supervision, performs a variety of complex, responsible, and specialized administrative and office support functions. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
