Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-centric individuals to join our sales team as Automotive Sales Specialists. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the perfect vehicle, providing exceptional sales and product knowledge, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking the right questions and providing personalized recommendations
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles to showcase features and benefits
  • Overcome objections and facilitate sales by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge
  • Cultivate relationships with customers to build a loyal customer base and drive repeat business
  • Provide quality customer service after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Continuously develop knowledge of products and market trends to stay ahead of the competition
  • Report to managers while exceeding set goals and expectations
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by embodying the Friendship Automotive values and culture
Requirements
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication and reasoning skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to be coached and willing to learn new things, with a growth mindset and a desire for continuous improvement
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance and a clean driving record
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
