Human Resources Analyst

Position Summary:
Collaborating closely with the Human Resources and Learning & Development Teams to address challenges, tailor configurations, generate reports, facilitate integrations, and educate frontline personnel on our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and additional HR platforms.
This role will also encompass a range of straightforward to intricate human resources administrative tasks to bolster the shared services framework.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, maintain, and enhance the Cornerstone HRIS platform
- Regularly assess and improve HRIS workflows for optimal efficiency and effectiveness. Identify opportunities for automation and implement strategies to streamline data management.
- Provide technical assistance and resolution for HRIS-related inquiries
- Partner with IT and other divisions to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with various systems
- Execute daily administrative duties for the HR department, including support for recruitment, onboarding, and benefits management
- Manage all aspects of 401k processing and modifications
- Responsible for reconciling benefit invoices across multiple locations
- Address employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
- Develop and sustain the electronic employee record system
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of HRIS data, assisting in the creation and preparation of reports
- Draft and disseminate internal and external communications
- Oversee and support various company initiatives and programs, including wellness activities, employee engagement events, community outreach, and compliance matters
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong commitment to quality work, with a keen eye for detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and possesses a strong work ethic
- Excellent follow-up skills with the ability to track and ensure completion of responsibilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively is essential for success
- Experience with Cornerstone and Exponent is advantageous
- Positive, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and Formulas), Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including strong spelling and grammar
